Which one is the most rentable?

Welcome to Curbed Comparisons, where we explore what you can rent for a certain dollar amount in various LA 'hoods. Our friends at Zumper have helped us out with five listings within $100 of today's price: $1,900.

↑ This Pasadena two-bedroom just south of the main drag in Old Town has a nearly perfect Walk Score (96—a "Walker's Paradise"), a freshly remodeled kitchen, and on-site laundry. The building is what was "Formerly known as the Cheesewright Building that once housed a U.S. Navy research center where Dr. Albert Einstein worked on various projects." Prestigious. Rent is $1,980.

↑ This one-bedroom in Beverly Grove holds hardwood floors and a dishwasher within its 800 square feet of space. A short walk away from the Grove, the apartment also comes with two reserved parking spaces. Rent here is $1,995.

↑ There are two bedrooms in this 900-square-foot Sherman Oaks apartment and they look pretty good. The apartment also has a balcony and brand new carpet, plus central air conditioning and two full bathrooms. Parking (two spots) and on-site laundry are also part of the deal. Rent is $1,895.

↑ This cute one-bedroom in Mid-Wilshire has a dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer, plus a garage with an entry from the apartment. The kitchen is bright and the bedroom has a ceiling fan. Rent is $2,000.

↑ This walkable one-bedroom in the flats of Beverly Hills has a full kitchen (with fridge) and on-site laundry. There's one walk-in closet (yay) but permit parking on the street is all that's available (sigh). It rents for $1,895.
