Kylie Jenner lists her LA ‘crash pad’

It has a vineyard and a view of a seasonal creek

Kylie Jenner bought this house, situated at the end of a private drive, in June 2016 for $4.5 million, and is already attempting to turn it around with a nice price bump, says Trulia.

The house features high ceilings and box ceilings in the living room and an in-home theater. The “great room” has a wet bar and a fireplace, with sliding doors to the backyard, where there’s a pool, patio, fenced-in vineyard, and barbecue area.

The master bedroom has a room-sized walk-in closet and “pampering bath quarters” with soaking tub.

Just over 5,150 square feet, the four-bedroom house overlooks a seasonal creek nearby.

It was rumored that Jenner was just planning to use the house as a “crash pad” for her friends and as an office from which she could run her cosmetics line. Jenner had also purchased a house less than a block away, on the same street, so her commute to work must have been every Angeleno’s dream. Why she’d give it up is anyone’s guess.

Perhaps it’s because she stands to make some serious cash. Jenner bought the house for $4.5 million and is now attempting to sell it for $5.4 million.

Jenner also owns a $12 million house, also in Hidden Hills, which she bought in September.
