On the market for the first time in 60 years, this three-bedroom house in Culver City is a neat Traditional with a nice layout.

Situated on a roomy, 7,000-square-foot lot—big enough for a pool, says the listing copy—the residence is entered through the living room, with large front windows and wainscoting.

The house contains 1.5 bathrooms and an older but well-maintained kitchen. The bedrooms are bright and ample. Listing copy suggests that the very cool family room, with its vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and a (gas) fireplace, could be “utilized as a 4th bedroom or future master suite.”

The backyard is minimally developed, with some grass and a very basic patio in need of some attention, but with all that space, it could certainly become a great little oasis.

The house is listed as trust sale, so there are additional instructions about how to make an offer. The asking price is $1.25 million.
