In just three months, this two-bedroom house in Highland Park’s Garvanza neighborhood has undergone a major facelift.

After selling for $385,003 in September, it returned to the market six days ago with a new look that’s giving off industrial-loft-meets-chic vibes: There’s an open floor plan, exposed air ducts, engineered wood floors, and, in the kitchen and two bathrooms, herringbone patterned cabinets with gold hardware and glossy countertops.

Built in 1977, the house measures 1,140 square feet. Outfitted with a patio, it’s on a corner lot right next to the 110 freeway.

Emboldened by its now look, it’s asking $599,000.

An offer was just accepted, but, for all those eager to move into trendy Highland Park—the owners are still taking back-up offers.
