Sparkling Jefferson Park Spanish-style flip asks $749K

New, 18 comments

Three bedrooms, and a roomy lot

This 1,500-square-foot, fully renovated Spanish-style house sits just a few blocks east of Crenshaw and Jefferson boulevards in Jefferson Park, called "one of the best neighborhoods left" for flipping in a recent Los Angeles Times article.

When the house last sold in June for $475,000, the listing copy immediately warned, "Fixer, Fixer, Fixer ... Needs new everything." Now, it has new everything—a new kitchen with a center island and new cabinets, three new bathrooms, new laminate floors, new windows, and new plumbing and electrical.

The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and a pair of French doors that lead out to the yard behind the house—a roomy space with simple landscaping. The yard also holds a detached, one-car garage and a long driveway.

The asking price for the house is $749,000.
