Dreamy Mandeville Canyon Tudor by Gerard Colcord Asks $3M

Los Angeles-based architect Gerard Colcord saw more than 200 of his residential designs built before his death in 1984, and this "Brittany Tudor"-style estate on a private road in Brentwood's Mandeville Canyon was one of the them—and a very cool one. The 1964 house sits on a three-quarter-acre parcel, ringed by trees and greenery. Inside, the three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom house has received a full renovation courtesy of the present owners. French doors and "hand-hewn beams" run throughout the residence, from the living room (with fireplace!) to the ample bedrooms upstairs. The asking price is $2.995 million.
