The dwelling sits on a 1.35-acre lot at the end of a cul-de-sac inside in the gated community. The Traditional-style residence holds seven bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms within its approximately 8,100 square feet. Perks of the place include a "wine closet" built into the stairs, a separate dual-level "children's wing" of the house, and a guest room with a separate exterior entrance, plus a pool, multiple patios, a fire pit, and a spa.
The house was most recently listed for $6.495 million; Disick paid $5.96 million. He's not far from familiar faces in Hidden Hills: Kardashian-Jenner matriarch Kris Jenner calls Hidden Hills home, and Kim Kardashian and Kanye West do, too—residing in a $20-million estate whose green lawns have irked neighbors during the drought. Kylie Jenner owns a modest mansion in nearby Calabasas, where Khloe Kardashian also has a house.
