Former model and current TV personality Tyra Banks is moving on from her very chic Spanish Colonial in Beverly Hills and has decided to put the place on the market. (The Wall Street Journal says it's technically Beverly Hills Post Office.) Originally built in 1926, the four-bedroom house has travertine and maple wood floors, hand-painted tiles, vintage French doors, clerestory windows, and a sun room.

The master bedroom has "a safe room inside a walk-in closet," says the WSJ, and there are two more fancy bedroom suites. Outside, there are also fountains, an outdoor kitchen, a pool, a fire pit, and an "outdoor casita." The 6,000-square-foot house sits on an 11,000-square-foot lot, so there's probably lots of room for entertaining. Banks bought the house in 2004—just a year after her show America's Next Top Model first debuted on TV, for $3.085 million—but has spent over $2 million in the time since then redoing the residence. The house is listed for $7.75 million.
