From the outside, this one-story house in Altadena looks very staid and suburban, but inside, it's got two total party features. The coolest is definitely its rolling master bedroom, built on a platform that can be pushed outside "allowing one to sleep under the stars." The platform extends the room so there's still a bit of privacy from the windows, but nothing obstructing a view of the sky. The master bedroom has one more trick up its sleeve, though: a seven-foot rotating wall.
Because a moveable bedroom isn't awesome enough, one of the master bedroom's walls rotates, opening it up to the living room. The swiveling wall has a dry bar (no sink) on one side and a media cabinet on the other side, bringing both TV and booze more or less to the bedside.
The non-moving parts of the three-bedroom house include a living room with skylights and vaulted ceilings and a "newer" kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Both of the residence's bathrooms were remodeled "recently" to include subway tile and quartz counters, and in the master bathroom, there's marble counters and jack-and-jill sinks. The backyard has a spa and an outdoor cooking area with a fridge and a barbecue. This party pad is asking $898,000
