The building has on-site laundry, and rent is $1,650.

↑ The one residential building on this tiny South Park street sandwiched between LA Live and an on-ramp to the 110 Freeway/the Metropolis megaproject has a two-bedroom apartment open. Oh, the walkability! The first-floor unit has a small but workable kitchen (with new stainless steel appliances), a bathroom with new tile, and, for a fee, parking. Rent is $1,600.

↑ 820 square feet, all to yourself (or yourself plus roommates/significant other) in this West Hollywood one-bedroom. This first floor unit boasts "Tons of Closet Space" and a big wall-mounted air conditioning unit, and includes all the kitchen appliances. The sliding glass door opens out on to the courtyard area of the complex. There's laundry and a pool on-site, and the apartment comes with one parking spot. Rent is $1,695.

↑ This two-bedroom in eastern Echo Park just got a lot of work done. (We've seen a unit in the building before, but this one appears to be different.) The upstairs unit features "brand new Laminate & tile floors," new kitchen counters, and a redone bathroom. The only downside is there's only street parking here. Rent is $1,750.

↑ Pet-friendly (under 25 pounds) and an in-unit washer and dryer? This Studio City studio pretty much has it all. There's also a dishwasher, a balcony, central air conditioning, and one gated parking spot. Did we mention the complex has a pool and gym? It does. Rent is $1,795.
