Australian singer/songwriter/wearer of large wigs Sia has just purchased a gorgeous, "melodramatic" Mediterranean in the wind-y streets of Los Feliz, just beneath Griffith Park, says the LA Times. Designed by AF Leicht, architect of the Angelus Temple and one of LA's weirdest, the interiors are all swoopy arches and rounded edges—the kind of place one might expect an incredibly well-to-do hobbit to live in. The "Chandelier" and "Breathe Me" singer definitely has a spirited, theatrical side, so this house seems like a great fit.

The 1924 residence has stained-glass murals, curved ceilings, a winding staircase, carved wood embellishments, and a "'sunken' sun room," as the listing proclaimed. The property also includes a landscaped garden and a spa. Last sold in 2012 for $3.307 million, Sia paid $4.7 million.
