Curbed LA is on the hunt for a brilliant blogger to contribute to the site daily. The right person must be a meticulous writer and researcher, in love with Los Angeles but keen to its faults, and a cool person to work with. You should also be self-motivated and creative, with lots of ideas for stories you want to work on. Los Angeles is a big city with a million unexplored stories—which ones do you want to tell?
We're looking for someone to write two or three blog posts a day, but there'll also be the opportunity for more in-depth projects depending on the contributor. This is a freelance gig with commensurate pay. You must live in Los Angeles, but you'll be able to work from wherever you like.
If this sounds like you, email adrian@curbed.com with "Curbed LA blogger" in the subject line. Tell us a little about you and a little about your interest in the position, and include one sample Curbed LA blog post (about 350 words) so we can see what you'll do. If you've got a blog, clips, or Twitter account, please include a link to those as well. If we like what we see, we'll be in touch quickly for more. Sorry, real estate professionals of all kinds, we cannot hire you. Thanks!
