Back on the market so soon, Hees House? The blufftop residence, designed in 1949 by master Modernist architect Richard Neutra last sold in June 2013 and has now returned with some new furniture and not many other visible changes. That's okay, though, because back then, it was "immaculate" and so it remains. The new listing extolls the three-bedroom house's terrazzo floors, walls of glass, newer kitchen, and large terrace overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and terrace, and there's a one-bedroom guesthouse. Last sold for $4.5 million, it's now asking $5.495 million.
