What do you love and/or hate about the neighborhood?
Love how walkable our neighborhood is. We can quickly get to great restaurants, movie theaters and the gym. Dislike the Hollywood Bowl bus traffic.

What's your approach to decorating?
Masculine and comfortable. Furniture should tell a story and be interesting.

Any crazy/interesting stories about your place?
The building was built by filmmaker Cecil B.Demille to house all his actors there. Drag queen Devine is said to have lived in one of the units. [Read more about El Cabrillo, designed by Arthur and Nina Zwebell, a married team known for their fantastic courtyard complexes.]

How'd you end up here?
Andrew found it on Redfin.

If you could have any living situation in LA, what would it be?
We would have a contemporary glass home in the hills.
