Designed by Angelus Temple architect AF Leicht in 1924, this fanciful manse in Los Feliz last popped up on the market approximately three years ago. Since its previous appearance, the five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath Mediterranean has been glammed up and trotted back out looking like a Maxfield Parrish daydream. (The house, that is—unfortunately, the updates did not extend to the .35-acre property's odd tub-pool feature.) Last sold in 2012 for $3.3 million, it's now asking $4.299 million.
