Singer and sometime Beetlejuice impersonator Robin Thicke recently had the good fortune to unload his blah Bird Streets home for $1.9 million over the asking price; he then turned around and bought this similarly unexciting hideaway in Malibu, reports TMZ.
Supposedly a "Mid-Century post & beam" (the photos leave a lot to the imagination and the listing excludes a construction date while public records say it was built in 1958), the house has undergone a host of updates, including new copper pipes and earthquake retrofits, and has quartz counters, fancy floors of ash and granite, and a wetbar. The grounds include two acres of land, a horse corral, and no pool. Thicke paid $2.395 million.
