Some multi-functional furnishings are truly useful. This series of wall shelves masquerading as grownup dollhouses, though, is just pure fun. Crafted by Canadian designer Judson Beaumont—the guy who brought us vintage micro trailers for dogs—these "Floating House Shelves" turn the midcentury modern architecture of Palm Springs into whimsical depositories for those small, loose items around the house, e.g. keys, mugs, lipsticks, mail, etc.
