Erstwhile Spiderman and confirmed goober Tobey Maguire is flipping a plantation-style house he purchased for $8.45 million a little less than a year ago. Located in Brentwood, the property is now on the market for $10.25 million and is certifiably celeb-approved. Before Maguire, it was home to talk show queen Ricki Lake, who purchased it from Friends alum Courteney Cox in 2002. Designed by noted SoCal architect John Byers, the 6,320-square-foot house spreads five bedrooms over the sprawling first floor and includes a separate upstairs guest suite.
