Nick Jonas, "the edgy one," one of the ones who did not date Taylor Swift, is selling his handsome 1938 Mediterranean pad in the hills above the Sunset Strip, not much more than a year after he bought it for $3.2 million (he apparently removed a few of the animal skins and most of the books in that time, judging by old photos). The house comes with four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a dining room, a badass library, a pool, and a guesthouse, all on just 7,070 square feet. Jonas is asking $3.6 million.
