Super Cool Ex-Hipster Flip in Glassell Park Asking $695,000

Glassell Park's full of fabulous, pared-down hipster flips, and back in 2013 (when the house last sold), this white-shingled dwelling was one of them. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom pad hasn't changed a ton since it was flipped, which is great, because it was a really cool house then and now. The residence's oak-plank floors and white, exposed-beam ceilings are a nice contrast to the kitchen's dark custom cabinets. The kitchen, brightened by big windows and a skylight, has wooden countertops and space for dining.

The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and connects to an "expansive front deck." What the backyard lacks in landscaping, it makes up for in space. (The deck alongside the house makes use of some of that space.) The single-story house last sold in 2013 for $600,000; it's now asking $695,000.
