Judd Apatow—director of such comedy hits as Anchorman, The 40-Year-Old Virgin, and Bridesmaids, and writer/producer for HBO's Girls—is moving on from the Malibu Colony house that he and his wife, actress Leslie Mann, purchased back in 2013 (for $10.825 million). (It was previously owned by the late Pretty Woman producer Laura Ziskin.) Variety reports that the couple have listed their 1930s house in the expensive, gated Colony for $12 million.
The main house features beamed ceilings, two fireplaces, and enormous windows overlooking the beach. The residence's three bedrooms (each with its own en suite bathroom) are upstairs, including the master bedroom, which has its own terrace. Added bonus: it's walking distance to the nearest SoulCycle, the listing says. That asking price again was $12 million.
