Are the Kardashian-Jenners branching out of their stronghold of Calabasas? A trust "that holds other real estate for the family" has just dropped $1.655 million on this remodeled, "turn-key" condo in Century City, says the LA Times. Outfitted with floors of oak and limestone, an eat-in kitchen, a fireplace, and kustom kabinets, the unit is bland but nicely appointed at least. The two-bedroom, four-bathroom unit also features two balconies, including one off the master bedroom, which also has a steam shower and soaking tub in the bathroom, and a fireplace. The unit was originally listed in July of this year for $1.675 million.
The Kardashian-Jenners have mostly stuck to living in the wealthy and high-security Calabasas area. Matriarch Kris Jenner lives in the Kardashian Kastle in Hidden Hills, Kim and Kanye live in a Hidden Hills mansion (and are selling their Bel Air place—too far?), Kourtney lives in a Calabasas mansion she bought from sports commentator Keyshawn Johnson, Khloe bought a Calabasas McMansion from Justin Bieber, and even 18-year-old Kylie has her own place ... in Calabasas. Caitlyn, however, is out in Malibu.
