Selena Gomez Selling Calabasas Compound for $4.5 Million

Pop star and former Disney kid Selena Gomez has listed the mansion she bought last year in the suburban Kardashian-haven of Calabasas. Trulia says the 7,786-square-foot estate has five bedrooms and six bathrooms in the main house, plus a guesthouse with an additional bedroom and bathroom, a full kitchen, and a walk-in closet. The "extremely rare & private" compound also has a backyard made for hosting, with its cabanas, brick pizza oven, and fancy outdoor kitchen. (TMZ notes that "numerous" calls to 911 about intruders at this house are likely a factor in her decision to sell.)

Gomez paid $3.69 million for the house; she sold her previous home, in nearby Tarzana, to Australian "rapper" Iggy Izalea and Laker Nick Young in late 2014. Gomez's present house is listed for $4.495 million.
