After many years on and off the market, a Beverly Crest estate owned by denim mogul/Guess? cofounder Armand Marciano has finally sold, and to none other than Sir Elton John and his husband David Furnish. Variety writes that the three-story "Mediterranean villa" covers almost 25,000 square feet and includes an elevator, nine fireplaces, an 11-car underground garage, formal dining and living rooms, a screening room, wine cellar, gym, "mosaic tiled" pool, and an outdoor kitchen. The mansion—built in 2001—also holds seven bedrooms plus three en suite "staff bedrooms," a library, and a game room.

The property's been on and off the market over the past several years, popping up first in 2011 with a $63-million pricetag, then again in 2013 asking $54.5 million. The listing agent for the property told the LA Times that those prices included more land around the property; the reported parcel size was nearly 20 acres. Most recently it was listed for $37.9 million, and the Times wrote that that covered just three acres. Sir Elton and husband got a bit of a discount on the most recent list price, paying just $32.67 million for the place.
