It does not, however, have on-site laundry facilities. Rent is $2,095.

↑ If it weren't so humid and hot these days, the fireplace in this Los Feliz one-bedroom apartment might look a lot more appealing. Still attractive, though, are the unit's balcony, central air conditioning, stainless steel kitchen appliances, on-site laundry facilities, and parking. (Don't get too attached to this unit, though: the photos are only "intended to give you a visual perspective of the apartments in the building.") Rent for the 900-square-foot, dog- and cat-friendly place is $2,075.

With wood floors, central air conditioning, a dishwasher and a stove, and friendliness toward dogs and cats, this place is quite the find. There's on-site laundry, too. rent is $1,925.

↑ Prepare yourself, because this one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment has a dishwasher, and central air conditioning (look at those beautiful vents!), and a washer and dryer in the apartment. And it's cool with your pets! Located in a putty-colored Cheviot Hills complex, the second-floor unit also comes with reserved parking and hardwood floors. Rent for the 830-square-foot unit is $1,930.

↑ This one-bedroom in Century City has been "completely remodeled" and now includes new fancy copper pipes, recessed lighting, marble in the bathroom, and granite counters. The pictures are sometimes a little dark, but it's easy to make out the wood floors and the ceiling fan in the dining area. The kitchen looks a little narrow, but there's a fridge in there and they're open to dogs and cats. The apartment also has access to on-site laundry. Rent is $2,000.
