How Has No One Bought This Mostly-Glass Hal Levitt Compound Above the Strip?

New, 11 comments

We first saw this too-cool Modern compound above the Sunset Strip in 2013, when it was listed for $10 million; it almost send in early 2014, then was pulled off the market. Now it's back with a decent pricechop and all the fabulous features that made our hearts skip the first time around, including that main house designed by the great Hal Levitt. The five-bedroom house features tons of terrazzo, walls of glass, two out-buildings that are also basically glass cases (one of which holds a gym), and privacy-affording landscaping. It's now asking $7.25 million.
