Delightful writer/comedian and star of the upcoming Breaking Bad spin-off Better Call Saul Bob Odenkirk and his wife, talent manager Naomi Odenkirk have swapped a snazzy Mid-Century Modern in the Oaks for a stylish Spanish in Beachwood Canyon. Per the LA Times, the Odenkirk's new residence was built in 1940 but has been "newly refurbished" by designer Betsy Burnham. Listed at $3.495 million, the 2,827-square-foot residence sold for $3.3 million.
