Kardashians' Infamous OJ Simpson Hideout House Up For Sale

New, 9 comments

Back on June 17, 1994, when Kim Kardashian's superstardom was just a twinkle in Paris Hilton's eye, a nation's eyes turned to her father Robert Kardashian's house in Encino, where his client and friend OJ Simpson had holed up shortly after learning that he was wanted by the LAPD for the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman. Later that afternoon, Kardashian would read what sounded like a suicide note from Simpson as Simpson left the house with his friend Al Cowlings and eventually led police on a low-speed chase down the 405 Freeway. It was a weird day for America. And you can own a part of it! The Kardashian house in Encino, which last sold in 1997, according to Redfin, is up for sale (it's been quietly on and off the market for a while, but has just been relisted). It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms on .41 acres, "plus many more great features that would make this an entertainers' house!" says the listing, although it does need "some rehabbing and TLC." Asking price is $1.85 million.
