Kind of a stuffy old home for a stylish young star, but this is the Bel Air pad that 17-year-old Kick-Ass and If I Stay star Chloë Grace Moretz and family have just rented for an undisclosed amount, says Variety. The house was listed on HotPads a little over two months ago (at which time, it was leasing for $11,000 a month) in an ad that referred to the property as a "Private, walled and gated Chateau" with a pool, formal dining room, and views from the Stone Canyon Reservoir to Downtown." The house is 3,882 square feet and has a very good security system, which is probably a must-have for any celebrity these days.
