Mammoth Mountain, which already runs June Mountain near Yosemite, has purchased Big Bear Mountain Resorts, which includes both Bear Mountain and Snow Summit, to create "one of the nation's largest ski companies." Starting this weekend, skiiers will be able to buy a Cali4nia Pass to all four mountains, and in the next few months they can look for "new expansion and construction projects," says Curbed Ski.
