If you care at all about the news that Keeping Up With the Kardashians parents Kris and Bruce Jenner are divorcing (admit you do a little!), you have to be wondering where the two very rich and high-profile exes will be shacking up, if not with each other. Bruce Jenner probably won't be going anywhere because, since the summer of last year, he's reportedly been renting a chic, low-key hideaway on Malibu's Broad Beach—at the time, it was referred to as his "getaway." Meanwhile, Kris has remained in the Kardashian Kastle in Hidden Hills, with its fancy entryways and hand-painted decor. Everyone knows that divorces are really all about real estate,so we've compared the two estates to see who's coming out ahead in this thing:
↑ Kris Jenner's home is the Jenner/Kardashian stronghold, an 8,860-square-foot, Mediterranean-style mansion in Hidden Hills, which, in an old listing, boasted "double staircases, limestone floors, hand painted ceilings" and a pool, plus six bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms. The outdoor entertaining area includes a barbecue and expansive, grassy grounds. Calabasas and Hidden Hills are not exactly Bel Air or Holmby Hills for prestige, but the area is still packed with celebs. In terms of cold, hard cash, Zillow now estimates the house's current worth at $5,681,558. According to Redfin, the Jenners paid $4 million for the property in 2010.
↑ Bruce Jenner's been living in this rented four-bedroom residence in Malibu since at least the summer of 2013. Located on a bluff on tony Broad Beach, the seemingly serene getaway offers beach access, multiple patios, and large ocean-facing windows, but no staircases or limestone. It is, however, "Just a short distance to the Starbucks," so take that, Kris! The house is roughly half the size of the Hidden Hills house, but with a whole beach outside the back door, it seems like the outdoor space is infinite. In terms of the value, Bruce is just leasing the gated house for $14,500 a month, but Zillow estimates it's worth $5,125,605. (It was on the market recently, but Bruce apparently did not feel the need to buy it.)
