Annie Potts Selling Adorably Quirky Hacienda For $6.5 Million

New, 12 comments

If you fell in love with actress Annie Potts as Janine in Ghostbusters or Iona in Pretty in Pink (and who didn't?), you will be delighted with her characteristically charming/quirky house in Tarzana, which she's just put up for sale. (She's got a leopard couch, zig-zag kitchen tiling, and a pretty awesome treehouse.) The five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom Spanish Hacienda was built in 1934 and comes with custom stained glass; a dining room with fireplace; master suite with fireplace, private patio, and lap pool; a two-car garage; a yard; a guesthouse with bathroom; an outdoor kitchen; and a pool, all on 1.47 acres. According to the Movieland Directory, the property has been home to many notable Roberts, including (but not limited to!) Robert Wagner of Hart to Hart/two marriages to Natalie Wood and Robert Montgomery, who starred in Alfred Hitchcock's Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Potts picked the place up in 2003 for $2.5 million; she's now asking $6.495 million.
