The former Carmel Valley ranch of the late entertainer and media mogul Merv Griffin has been put on the market, fresh off a "loving restoration." Griffin, who once bought an island in the Bahamas from Donald Trump for $400 million, added the 57 acres to his hefty property portfolio in the 1970s, and now it's available for a reduced $5.975 million.
