Built in 1946, three years before his famous Glass House, Philip Johnson's Farney House in Sagaponack, NY, is set to be demolished. Apparently, the couple who bought the oceanfront house last year for $24 million plans to replace it with a larger spread to be designed by Hamptonite favorite Robert AM Stern.
