It's been a banner week for pink bathrooms here at Curbed LA. Our latest example (along with one baby-blue and one peach-tiled) can be found within this mid-century time capsule located along the Arroyo in Pasadena's San Rafael hills. Constructed in 1952 by the popular local building contractor firm of Norwood & DeLonge, the 3,104-square-foot, three-bedroom ranch also features original light fixtures and custom-made Shoji screens, two brick fireplaces, a wood-paneled office, built-ins, many sliding glass walls, and multiple patios. Sited on a .69-acre lot with mature oaks, it's asking $1.999 million.
