Well, that didn't take long. Heidi Klum listed her one-time family home in Brentwood Country Estates in late June and now it's been sold for $24 million, reports the LA Times. That's a million under asking, but what's a million these days? Klum and this 12,300-square-foot estate have been through a lot together: in 2010, she and then-husband Seal fought off other bidders for the place (a foreclosure at the time), and paying $14.2 million for it.
Klum, as she is wont to do, spent six months remodeling the house—which wasn't in bad shape to begin with—but apparently didn't do anything to the amazing chunk of Napoleon's farmhouse that is the library fireplace. The property on which the eight-bedroom, 10-bathroom house is sited includes a formal rose garden, an infinity pool, a koi pond, ocean views, and hiking trails on its 8.5-acre property. Wunderbar! That selling price again was $24 million.
