Jimmy Kimmel Selling Classy Cahuenga Pass House With Outdoor Beer Tap For $2.3 Million

New, 18 comments

It's hard to believe that late-night TV star Jimmy Kimmel ever co-hosted a cable show called The Man Show (which featured women jumping on trampolines in every episode) after looking at this rather grown-up and stylish house he's just put up for sale. Coming to us via the Wall Street Journal, Kimmel's house in the Cahuenga Pass has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, plus a dessert case like the ones in diners, a bedroom that can also function as a recording studio, and a beer tap (BYOKeg) next to the barbecue/smoker/pizza oven in the backyard. Classy, but also of course party-ready. Kimmel bought the house back in 2002, paying just $925,000. It's now listed for $2.299 million.
