Fickett Back From the Dead in Nichols Canyon Asks $1.685MM

New, 11 comments

When last on the market back in 2009, this post and beam, designed by Ed Fickett, had fallen into foreclosure and looked to be in pretty dire straits, with its pool cracked and empty. So we're delighted to see the formerly forlorn Fickett five years later in fine fettle indeed. Located on an 8,689-square-foot lot in the Nichols Colony enclave, the 1959 Modern features four bedrooms, three baths, concrete slab floors, beamed ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, clerestory windows, skylights, walls of glass, and a very inviting redone pool with spa. Last sold for $1.2295 million, it's now asking $1.685 million.
