After whisper listing this fabulous, glassy house near Lake Hollywood for a reported $12 million this past spring, Two and a Half Men star Ashton Kutcher has sold the house with a roughly $2-million pricechop. The 9,385-square-foot contemporary has an insane pool, a wine cellar, glass walls, and wonderful views of the surrounding hills. (Sweet though it is, the father-to-be and his girlfriend Mila Kunis have moved into a very traditional mansion in BHPO; Kunis is also selling her Hills house.) Kutcher started renting the eight-bedroom, five-bathroom house in 2012 and it seemed like Justin Bieber might buy it at one point, but Kutcher swooped in and bought it for $8.455 million; he's just sold it for $9.925 million.
