Sporting glass towers and echoing the "aeronautical themes" of Westchester's Howard Hughes Center, the high-end Altitude will have 545 apartments and all the amenities you'd expect from a development like this these days. The 545 units will be a mix of studios, one-, and two-bedrooms, and the complex will have fitness rooms, classy outdoor entertaining spaces, pools, spas, and "full-service entertainment rooms," says a release from TCA Architects, which is designing the project. Developers Equity Residential expect Altitude, which just recently broke ground, to wrap up construction in the second half of 2016. No word on pricing at this stage, but with all the Silicon Beachiness of the area, we expect it to be crazy.
