Cornerspotted: Highland & Willoughby, Sunset & Sunset Plaza

New, 3 comments

Congratulations to first-time commenter JC, who correctly guessed that the building that was a linen supply company on The Rockford Files sits at the northeast corner of Willoughby and Highland, and is home in real life to the Alsco linen service. Coincidence? Probably. (Fun fact: that episode—season four's "A Second Chance"—featured Isaac Hayes and Dionne Warwick!) That second building, which played a photography studio, is today a paycheck-demolishing BCBG Max Azria clothier at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Sunset Plaza Drive, right on the Sunset Strip.
