The one-time manor of late businesswoman Leona Helmsley just hit the market in Greenwich, Connecticut. The 40-acre property last sold in 2010 for $35 million, which, at the time, was one of the most expensive deals ever for Greenwich, despite being nowhere near the estate's initial $125-million ask (or, for that matter, the current record-holder, Copper Beech Farm, which sold for $120 million). The new owners spent the last few years siphoning cash into a total renovation of the 1918 property and now want to sell for $65 million. Curbed National has intel and the photos. [Curbed National]
