The former home of Larry Harmon, who built an empire centered on the neon-red-haired Bozo the Clown, has hit the market in the Wilshire Corridor, according to the LA Times. (Harmon passed away in 2008; this is a trust sale.) The 2,600-square-foot unit in the 1976 Westholme Condominiums has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two fireplaces—one in the living room, another in the master bedroom. Every room in the unit displays a new, exciting element, from bold wallpaper to a coffee table that looks to be a giant slab of marble. The building has a pool, spa, and rooftop lounging area, but because the condo is a corner unit, the views are similarly impressive from the unit's enclosed patio. Harmon bought the rights to Bozo in 1956 and proceeded to make a fortune licensing out the character around the world. Asking price for his condo is $950,000.
