DreamWorks CEO Asking $15.5 Million For Maximalist Brentwood Compound

New, 8 comments

Recently it was reported that DreamWorks CEO Stacy Snider will soon be jumping ship from the studio where she's worked for the past decade. Now it appears that Snider, a longtime fixture on "Most Powerful Women in Hollywood" lists, is also looking to vacate the Brobdingnagian Brentwood compound she and her music producer husband have owned since 1999. Occupying a .82-acre lot just east of Crestwood Hills, the 1940s property was redone to the hilt by architect M. Brian Tichenor and designer Kelly Wearstler. Per the listing, the compound contains an 11,137-square-foot main house with seven bedrooms and 10 baths, a separate guesthouse, a theater, a full gym with bath, multiple courtyards, a formal garden, swimming pool, and parking for 11 cars. Last sold for $3.6 million, it's now asking $15.495 million.
