The entire town of Swett, South Dakota is on the market for $399k—the price of, like, half a linen closet in some cities. Rapid City Journal describes it as little more than "a few ramshackle buildings along U.S. Highway 18," though Swett does comes with the only tavern within a 10-mile radius, a social outpost populated by "local cowboys and wheatgrowers" and Budweiser paraphernalia.
