A peacock who's been nicknamed Flipper was found on a street in Rolling Hills Estates "where many peafowl less fortunate than [he] have been found dead." The SCPA won't give up many details on the bird's condition other than to say he's got "an internal ailment caused by a human," but hopefully this survivor will offer clues that will lead authorities straight to the weirdo(s) who have murdered more than 50 peafowl in RHE in the last two years.
