Add one more mixed-use project to the blossoming Hollywood roster: just down the street from a future 76-unit building at Highland/De Longpre, there's now a 72-unit apartment complex with street-level retail in the works at Highland between Lexington and Fountain, according to Building LA. There aren't any details on the structure yet, but it is safe to say that with only 72 units, it probably won't be a high-rise tower, although it should do wonders either way for this stretch of Highland, which is currently dominated by fast food and retail.
