Chris Brown Takes Below Asking to Sell Both WeHo Condo and Graffitied Party Pad in the Hills

[Brown's Hollywood Hills house]

What timing: within a couple months, R&B singer/asshole Chris Brown has offloaded two pesky pieces of real estate. In early May, after just about two years on the market, he finally sold the West Hollywood condo (where neighbors very publicly bitched about his loud parties and crappy parking habits); he'd originally been asking $1.895 million, but after several pricechops, took just $1.6 million, which is exactly what he paid for it in 2011. Meanwhile he's reportedly also sold his next house, a glassy vertical affair in the Hollywood Hills designed by Jay Vanos (here neighbors very publicly bitched about his monster graffiti art). He bought the house in late 2011 for $1.55 million and first listed it in December 2013 for $1.92 million. It was filled with graffiti and LED lights and came with an elevator, sand pit, waterfall, and outdoor projection screen. It's still listed as sale pending, but the LA Times says it's fetched $1.69 million.
