We really appreciate these well-maintained old Spanish style homes in the hills. And the fact that it's less than $1 million dollars and comes with another (probably completely unbuildable) lot just sweetens the deal. Per the LA Times historical archives, the home once belonged to famed local artist Harry Carmean. The home last sold in 2008 for $860k.
