One of Frank Lloyd Wright's nine Usonian houses in Ohio just listed along with two other cottages on an 18.45-acre lot for a total of $1.7 million. Oddly enough, the owner also claims that a neighboring plot was to be the site of the Prarie School heavyweight's last-ever residential commission, but is holding off on selling that until a buyer pops up with the wherewithal to see it built.
